Acorn Paper can supply your company with all your interior packaging to protect your products from the external effects of handling and transportation. Interior cushioning is used inside boxes to protect products during shipment.
Bubble wrap, available in rolls, is most commonly used in thicknesses of 3/16” (for surface protection) and 1/2"(for cushioning, blocking, and bracing). We carry Sealed Air, Pregis, Polycell, and Polyair brands of air bubble. Bubble wrap can be supplied with anti-static properties for static sensitive packaging requirements.
Foam rolls (polyethylene foam) are also used for interior packaging. Foam rolls are available in thicknesses of 1/32" to 1/4". Clean, non-abrasive, and lightweight, foam provides a cost effective interior packaging material. In addition to standard foam, cohesive (adheres to itself) and adhesive foam (affixes to other surfaces without leaving a residue) are available. Acorn can also supply polyethylene foams laminated to other materials for additional strength.
Die-cut foams are available cut to custom sizes and shapes to protect any product inside a box.
Loose fill packing peanuts are available in traditional EPS foam or environmentally friendly materials.
Automated cushioning systems are available from several manufacturers to speed up your packaging and offer improved efficiency. Acorn features inflatable air pillow systems and systems that utilize industrial paper for cushioning. Sealed Air's Instapak systems provide a customized interior pack to cushion products of any size, shape, or weight.
